1. General & Eligibility

– 1.1 Michelle D Fashion Leather Crafts designs and sells premium handcrafted leather goods.

– 1.2 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use this website.

– 1.3 By using our site, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan and your jurisdiction.

 

2. Products

– 2.1 All products are made from genuine leather unless otherwise stated in the product description.

– 2.2 As leather is a natural material, slight variations in color, grain, texture, and markings are normal. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

– 2.3 Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and your screen settings.

 

3. Pricing & Taxes

– 3.1 All prices are listed in PKR unless otherwise stated and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as shown at checkout.

– 3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

– 3.3 We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors at any time. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed or cancel.

 

4. Orders & Payment

– 4.1 An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order verification.

– 4.2 We accept secure payment methods listed at checkout. Payment details are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your card information on our servers.

– 4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or at our sole discretion. You will be notified and refunded if payment was taken.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

– 5.1 Orders are processed within the stated  time on the product page.

– 5.2 Delivery times are estimates and vary by location, courier, customs clearance, and unforeseen events.

– 5.3 Michelle D Fashion Leather Crafts is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier, customs, weather, or force majeure events.

– 5.4 Shipping costs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your location and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

– 6.1 Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging.

– 6.2 To request a return, contact us with your order number and photos. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

– 6.3 Non-returnable items*: Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

– 6.4 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange, at your choice. Refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

 

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

– 7.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

– 7.2 We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund after verification at no cost to you.

 

8. Warranty

– 8.1 We warranty our products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase.

– 8.2 This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper care, water damage, or natural aging of leather.

– 8.3 To make a claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos. Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

 

9. Product Care

To maintain your leather goods:

– Keep away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight

– Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Use a leather conditioner periodically

– Store in a cool, dry place in the dust bag provided

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product designs, images, text, and graphics is the property of Michelle D Fashion Leather Crafts. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.

 

11. Privacy

– 11.1 We collect: Name, Email, Phone, Shipping/Billing Address, and Order Information to process orders and provide support.

– 11.2 Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store your payment card details.

– 11.3 We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may be shared with couriers and payment processors solely to fulfill your order.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michelle D Fashion Leather Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, war, labor disputes, or courier issues.

 

14. Governing Law & Disputes

– 14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

– 14.2 Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

– 14.3 We encourage resolving issues amicably by contacting our support team first.

 

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Policies at any time. The “Effective Date” will be updated and changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
